WELCOME
On the heights of the green area of Sarlat, less than 2 km from the medieval city, this former mansion dating from the 18th century dominates a preserved and very little urbanized combe.
In the countryside while being 800 meters from shops (hypermarket, bakery, pharmacy ...), you can also walk to the historic centre of Sarlat from the house if you are good walkers, along a wooded path.
Family property now available for rent, it is located in the heart of a private property of 5 hectares of meadows and woods nestled on a hillside, which you will be the only occupants and where you can enjoy the beauty of the site. Perfect independence.
The terraced gardens of dry stone enclose preserved natural corners conducive to rest and contemplation. The small "garden of priest" in squares will offer you aromatic herbs and small pickings according to the season.
THE HOUSE

The house, completely renovated and furnished with respect for its character, will charm you with its authenticity and comfort.
It is spread over two floors and comprises 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room, as well as two bathrooms with toilets.
For the comfort of a group of 6 people, we offer all the equipment of a personal house:

The beds are made for your arrival (with duvet and two pillows per person).
The bathrooms:

Bathroom with shower and toilet (ground floor), first aid case.
Bathroom with bath and toilet (upstairs), hair dryer.
The house is equipped with a water softener.
The bath mats are changed for your arrival.
Included: flanel, 2 towels per person.

TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, garden furniture, gas BBQ, iron and ironing board.
Complete baby equipment on request (no extra charge): crib with box spring and mattress, pillow and duvet, high chair, bath, toilet seat and toilet step.
